Do unto others...

I have this daily Bible that updates me on the daily verses, today's verse was, James 3:7-9: and I quote:
7 For every kind of beast and bird of reptile and sea creature, can be tamed and has been tamed by mankind 8 but no huma being can tame the toungue. it is a restless evil full of deadly poison.
9 with it we bless our Lord and Father and with it we curse people who are made in the likeness of God..

Now the whole of last week been seeing people being treated badly, just because someone is starting out at a new place I dont see why you should treat them with direspect. Somethimes people in authority forget that respect is both ways you respect your subordinates and they respect you back. Now just because people may look desperate for work doesnt give you the lee way to treat them like orphans.

Now this man is a trainer of sorts and trains the new entrants on how the organization is run and their duties in their respctive stations. I happen to be sharing the office with him for sometime now. The guys were bringing their relevant documents to him and to my suprise I saw this guy was talking to the new guys like they were small kids in primary school. If your documents are not in order he sends them away surely??

We are created in his likeness and I feel since we are created in the likeness of God then when you treat someone badly its like you are also treating God badly. Do unto others like you would like to be done unto when you are new somewhere you expect to be treated in a way that makes you feel like part of the organization. No wonder that organization( name withheld) has high employee turn over.
